From a NY designer, this is a lovely silk chiffon, lightweight and sheer with a floaty drape. The pebble design (5.5" repeat) features soft blue and red on a black background (PANT ONE 15-4323, 17-1929, etc.) and is perfect for a scarf, or as an overly for a blouse, top, tunic, etc. It is almost equally saturated on both sides.
