From Dress to Ki11, this is a lovely poly chiffon border design, a sheer and lightweight woven with a soft and floaty drape. The base fabric is white with little black polkadots, a nd after a 6.5" border, there's a 15" wide fringed applique' area that runs the length of the fabric. The last photo shows the fabric draped on the dress form with selvages north and south, as this is most likely how you will want to cut your garment (across the grain rather than with the grain).
