Mjolnir is our unique interpretation of the "Horsey-Man" pedal. Since 2010, we've been refining this circuit to make it accessible to everyone, regardless of taste or preference. Compared to other "klon" pedals, it has a little less gain, less midrange resonance, and more bass thrust. The iconic parts of the circuit remain intact, making it truly stand out in the vast world of pedals. The Mjolnir has a few features that make it a better fit for your pedalboard. We've removed the charge pump from the circuit, so there's less risk of damaging the pedal with incorrect power. This makes the drive sound slightly smoother, as it helps push the op-amp out of clipping and hard-clipped diodes. The pedal remains reliable thanks to the use of high-quality panel-mount In, Out, and DC jacks. The circuit's iconic buffered bypass remains intact, greatly improving signal quality for long cable runs and large pedalboards. Like its inspiration, Mjolnir's gain control is a dual-gang pot that controls both clean mix and gain. At minimum, it's pure clean tone, and at maximum, it's gain only.
