The DELUXE55 is a fully analog tribute to the legendary Fender 5E3 Tweed Deluxe. Recreating the signal path of a tube amplifier in a miniature form using meticulously engineered tr ansistor-based circuitry, this compact pedal faithfully recreates the sound, feel and character of one of the most unique combo amplifiers in history. It captures the overdrive and rectifier sag of a 6V6 power amp, the irregular phase inverter distortion, and the unconventional fat tone of a Tweed Deluxe preamp with a variety of tube types. From crisp, well-defined edgy tones to thick lead sounds and explosive fuzz, these exceptional responses make this a true guitar player's favorite sound. PREAMP SWITCH Switches between tube types emulated in the preamp stage. -12AY7: Lower gain and brighter tone. -12AX7: High gain and warm lead tone. POST EQ MODE The DELUXE55 also features an innovative POST EQ circuit. This meticulously designed post-drive filter can be adjusted to connect the pedal's output directly to a traditional amplifier, cabinet simulator, or power amp, allowing you to enjoy vintage tweed tone in any environment. Featuring the highest quality components and a brushed stainless steel housing, the DELUXE55 is built to the high standards you expect from ORIGIN EFECTS. -I: Best suited for use with black panel Fender amplifiers. -II: Rich midrange mode ideal for use with Marshall-style amplifiers. FLAT: No filter mode. Select this mode when connecting directly to a cabinet simulator or power amplifier. DRIVE Controls the amount of overdrive. Settings below 9 o'clock will produce a clean sound, while turning it clockwise will produce a fuzzy, fatter sound. LEVEL Controls the output level from the pedal. It does not affect the tone.
