The internal shape is a crucial element of any mouthpiece. The shape and length of the baffle, the shape and size of the chamber, the mouthpiece opening, the facing curve, and so on. These are all adjusted with a precision of 1/100 mm using a 3D printer. By accumulating these adjustments, the effects of each parameter are studied and digitized.
