A major evolution in ultra-high-performance delay pedals The D1 MKII is a hi-fi, multi-functional all-in-one delay pedal. Featuring six algorithms (Digital, Mod, Vintage, Dual, Reverse, and Grain), it lets you create inspiring delay trails ranging from dreamy and strange to rhythmic and clear to warm and analog sounds. ---------------------------------------------------------- Power supply: 9VDC center negative (for adapter only) 300mA minimum [New Features] Six new delay algorithms, including the all-new GRAIN delay program. User-controlled BPM display. Up to 128 presets. Redesigned Dual Mode (allows each channel to have its own unique tap division). -Add modulation to the delay trail with six waveforms (sine, square, triangle, ramp, inverse ramp, random). - Navigation menu screen allows you to easily adjust secondary controls and BPM, and access presets. - OLED display for easy adjustments and preset management. PROGRAMS Digital The "Digital" delay program produces a clean, clear delay sound, ideal for rhythm guitars that require high-resolution echo. Mod The "Mod" delay program features unique multiple modulation LFOs applied to the repeats. The LFOs operate at multiple random rates, resulting in unpredictable pitch modulations. This program is imbued with a mysterious and atmospheric quality. Vintage The "Vintage" program applies a complex filter to the repeats, recreating the sound of analog tape delay. Low "Tone" settings produce a dark, filtered sound, while high settings produce a low-frequency cut. Dual The "Dual" program runs two delays with different time divisions in parallel. When connected in mono, the two delays are output together. When connected in stereo, one delay is output from the L jack and the other from the R jack. Reverse The "Reverse" program reads the delay memory in reverse, creating the unique repeat character known as reverse delay. Grain The "Grain" program finely samples the input signal and adds random delays. The grains have adjustable pitch, spacing, and mix balance. PROGRAM CONTROLS Each program can be fully customized to suit your preferences and playing style using the left encoder knob. This knob controls six parameters: Depth, Rate, Shape, Age, Tone, and Spread. The right encoder knob adjusts BPM, Swell, and Tap Division. BPM can also be set via the Tap Tempo switch or MIDI. Some programs have additional options. PRESETS The D1 MKII can store up to 128 onboard presets. Presets are stored in preset banks, which can be accessed by simultaneously tapping the bottom left and bottom center knobs. Presets 0-9 are divided into banks A, B, and C. Select a bank in the preset menu. Bank A cycles through presets 0-2, bank B cycles through presets 3-5, and bank C cycles through presets 6-9. Presets 10-128 can be accessed by manual selection or MIDI.
