Date: Tuesday August 11th at 6:30pmJoin us for an unforgettable evening of grounding our mind and bodies. This event is meant to be a calm, relaxing, fun, and reflective time where we can all let go of the demands of life. Megan Woodland Hewitt will lead half of you through a 45 minute gentle yoga flow while Bailey from Commonly Overlooked takes the other half of you outside to pick a plant, planter and pot it with a hand mixed soil blend. Then, the groups will switch to do their other activity. She incorporates story, poetry, song, sound, silliness and love into her unique brand of gentle flow yoga.Bailey of Commonly Overlooked has been serving the York community with their plant needs since 2022. Her plant passion began with a healing journey of her own that she loves to share with others who may be on a similar path or are looking to unlock that in their own lives. She runs a free plant group that meets monthly called Plantoholics Anonymous York to bring together those passionate about outdoor gardening and indoor plants since 2024. Show more
