Tasting very similar to zucchini, they can be used as one would zucchini. Larger-sized squash can be stuffed or as a serving bowl. Scoop out seeds and fill with your favorite dip, salsa, or appetizer. Melissa’s 8 Ball Squash is hand-selected for excellent quality. Select squash free of soft spots, gashes, or shriveling.
