It gives the largest possible area of adhesion and the most visible number of temperature cells. The label comes in five ranges, A to E, with temperature ranges from 37°C to 254°C (99°F to 489°F). The label measures 51 x 18 mm (2.00" by 0.7") and carries temperatures in both Centigrade and Fahrenheit on the scale. When using these indicators, ensure they are kept only in refrigeration temperatures and NOT deep freeze situations. The labels must be applied to a dry, clean surface to ensure proper adhesion. Use in a vacuum or an environment where microwave heating is taking place will significantly impact the functionality of the label and we do not recommend the product is used in these conditions. Please also note that touching the indicator may activate the indicator in summer months, especially if ambient temperature is at or around the lowest activation temperature on the label.
