Please note that due to the shape and bevel of this item, to sublimate the ceramic plates, you must either have a 3D sublimation vacuum heat press or a plate puck to press onto the center of these plates. To achieve an all-over print, you must have a vacuum press. Specifications: White ceramic plate for sublimation printing 8" round Best for dye sublimation in a 3D heat press or a press with a special plate element 3D Sublimation Press Settings: Temperature: 385F - 400F Time: 6 minutes Print image in reverse Place object inside 3D vacuum bed Place transfer image face down on object, and secure with thermal tape Lay a small piece of paper or silicone rubber across the edge of the plate, on top of the transfer for even air suction Remove paper immediately Heat Press Settings, with plate attachment: Temperature: 400FTime: 6-7 minutes Pressure: Medium Print image in reverse Place in heat press with transfer on top, and secure with thermal tape Press according to above time/temperature/pressure After pressing, remove paper immediately. *We would highly recommend testing product, prior to full production, as equipment settings may vary from settings above.
