8 weeks Intermediate Wheel throwing Course - develop your skills. Each session is 3 hours (4 participants) This course is designed for those who already have some previous experience in wheelthrowing and want to deepen their practice. Over the span of eight weeks, we will focus on refining technique, exploring form and creative exploration. You will work on developing cylinders, bowls, and more advancedshapes, as well as learning to throw thinner, more even pieces with greater control. We willalso introduce techniques such as throwing larger forms, forms with closed top or narrownecks, working in series, trimming, and attaching handles and other details. The course includes demonstrations, individual guidance, and studio time where you canexplore your own style and expression. This course is ideal for anyone looking to strengthen their skills, refine their technique, andgain more confidence and independence at the wheel. After the final session, your pieces will be fired, and ready for pickup within approximately 4-6 weeks! An additional clay cost of 80 SEK per kg applies. Glaze and other materials are included. Course Leader: Cajsa Karlsson Cajsa Karlsson: "I started with ceramics in 2017 and have since deepened my craft through courses in both Hong Kong and Denmark to refine my technique. I mainly work on the wheel, but I enjoy combining different techniques to explore form and expression. I'm really looking forward to sharing my knowledge, inspiring creative exploration – and most of all, having fun together in the studio!" 8 Veckors Fortsättningskurs i Drejning – utveckla dina färdigheter. Varje tillfälle är 3 timmar (4 deltagare) Den här kursen är utformad för dig som redan har viss tidigare erfarenhet av drejning ochsom vill fördjupa dina kunskaper ytterligare. Under åtta veckor ses vi och fokuserar på att förfina teknik, utforska form och att arbetakreativt. Du kommer att utveckla cylindrar, skålar och mer avancerade former, samt lära digatt dreja tunnare och jämnare föremål med bättre kontroll. Vi introducerar även tekniker som att dreja större objekt, former med stängd topp eller smala halsar, hur man arbetar i serier, beskickning samt att fästa handtag och andra detaljer. Kursen innehåller demonstrationer, individuell handledning och egen studietid där du fårmöjlighet att utforska din personliga stil och ditt uttryck. Kursen passar dig som vill stärka dina kunskaper, förfina din teknik och bli mer självsäkeroch självständig vid drejskivan. Efter sista tillfället bränns dina alster, och inom ungefär 4-6 veckor är de klara för upphämtning! En kostnad för lera tillkommer på 80 kr/kg. Glasyr och övrigt material ingår.
