What is this program? -Strength gain in Squat, press, pull -Hypertrophy, building lean muscle and improving size -Body Comp, shedding body fat with the use of proper nutrition, recovery and intesnity How does it work? We are following a few key principles here to try and achieve that confident swagger Intensity: We begin by establishing baseline maxes, reps, and loads in the starting weeks, then progressively overload each, either in volume or intensity. Volume: This simply refers to the minimum or maximum total weekly sets and reps for a given muscle group or area. Frequency: This refers to the daily and weekly spread of how much and how often we are training a muscle group, as well as the time between sessions or days for recovery. You will notice in this program that we are targeting most muscle groups 2-3 times a week. Recovery: We ensure that we understand and apply the simple principles of proper and adequate nutrition, sleep, and auto-regulating our efforts in each training session. This program is designed to be simple and effective but not easy. If you want results, then follow along with great effort and consistency.
