It is enclosed with a Harshang border flanked with an inner and outer subsidiary guard border. This new contemporary Turkish Oushak rug was made from the wool of an antique Kilim. The process starts from unraveling the wool from a 100 year old antique Kilim rug and ends with a new transformation into an Oushak rug. Rendered in robust striations and variegated shades of charcoal, coffee, dark gray, stone gray, oyster gray, dark gray, slate, light gray, beige, sand, taupe, cerulean, seafoam, ruby red, robin's egg, peach, pale coral, grape, raisin, lavender, eggplant, orange, teal, royal blue, and indigo.
