If your hair is to darker by a couple levels than you want, or in the case below, you have to much orange in your hair, you can use SanoTint Hair Lightener Kits. Below is how we used it as a soap cap: She wanted to color balance, brighten and lighten at the same time. The first step is to take the 3 decolouring packets and mix it in a color bowl with the 3 activators (developers) in the box. This should bring you to about 1oz of product. Then mix 1oz of shampoo into it. Now rinse your hair with water and apply the product like any shampoo. If you would have really light ends, you could keep it at the root, but in the case below, she applied it all over. Let it sit for about 15 minutes, checking to be sure it wasn't going to light. Then rinse it out like any shampoo. Deep condition after. If your hair needs further balancing, you can also take some lemon juice (comb it thru) and leave it on the hair for the night, by morning it will take some yellow out of the hair.
