Place the tube containing the mixed magnetic bead solution into the hole of the magnetic rack; the magnetic beads, along with the biomolecules on them, will be rapidly attracted to the inner wall of the tube. Once the beads are attracted to the centrifuge tube wall, it is easy to remove other impurities in the liquid while retaining the magnetic beads and target molecules. Subsequently, other reagents can be added in sequence. Remove the tube from the magnetic rack; after removing the magnetic field, the magnetic beads carrying the target molecules can be resuspended in the liquid. Then, place the tube back into the hole of the magnetic rack. Observe until the liquid becomes clear, transfer the supernatant, and sample washing is achieved. Storage Ship at room temperature and store at room temperature. Precautions 1. Do not autoclave the Yeasen magnetic rack. If necessary, it can be cleaned by wiping with a clean cloth dampened with water or a mild detergent. 2.
