Producer In Italy's northern mountainous regions, Soave and Valpolicella, the Magnabosco family has been a vigneron for four generations. They adhere to their ancestors' traditions while also modernising when necessary. The wines are pure representations of their unique terroir, and their Soave, in particular, is very well-loved for its value for money, vibrant aromas and refreshing dry finish worldwide. Tasting Note Brimming with flavours of peach, pear, and orange peel with a mineral backbone, bright acidity and a dry finish. Made with organically grown Gargenega fruit from Soave, Veneto. The fruit spends 12 hours on skins before fermentation, which helps extract the fleshy fruit flavour; the fruit is then fermented in temperature-controlled stainless steel vats for a slow, gentle extraction.
