Published in conjunction with an exhibition presented by the Open Studio Gallery at the Arnolfini Center Gallery, Rhinebeck, New York in April 1978. Painter and sculptor Nora Jaffe, who died in 1994, was largely self-taught and began showing her work in 1960. She had group and solo shows at the Museum of Modern Art, the Pennsylvania Academy of Fine Arts, the Brooklyn Museum and various galleries. Show more
