THE COLLECTORS held a concert at Nippon Budokan on March 1st to celebrate their 30th anniversary since their debut, and to celebrate this, the music magazine Player has published a special edition, "THE COLLECTORS Gear Book." Leader Hisashi Kato is renowned as one of Japan's leading Teisco collectors, and the band, including members Kotaro Furuichi and Masayuki Yamamori Jeff, are a unique group that favors British manufacturers such as VOX, RICKENBACKER, and MARSHALL. In addition, the drum set owned by drummer Cozi Takeyuki Furusawa, who joined the group this year, will also be introduced, including a vintage LUDWIG drum set.
