From a NY designer, this is a fabulous water-resistant, yarn dyed jacquard fabric, lightweight with a smooth texture and some body in the drape. It has a beautiful rose design (59" repeat!) in emerald and black (PANTONE 18-0125). The colors reverse on the opposite side. Make a great-looking raincoat or jacket.
