The Shredmaster is a model aimed at guitarists who require higher gain, and as its name suggests, it was pushed towards the heavy metal market. However, it's actually very versatile, producing a very musical sound even at low gain settings. Compared to the Guv'nor and Drivemaster, it features even higher gain, more controlled high frequencies, and a smoother top end. The Contour control also allows for a wide range of mid-range variation.
