This amazing fabric is a soft and airy cotton double gauze with a pucker texture and a soft drape that has some body. The color is cobalt blue (PANTONE 18-3945 is close). It is the same fabric as 82284 with the addition of the embroidered classic swiss dot pattern. Casual and medium-light weight, nearly opaque, it has a slight "puffiness" that comes from the two layers sewn together.
