In the 1970s, fOXX was a brand that released unique pedals such as the Clean Machine and Foot Phaser, each featuring a carpet-like decorative casing. Among these pedals, the Tone Machine stood out for its radical design. The unit we have in stock this time is a relatively early model, based on its parts configuration. The black carpet-like decoration is eye-catching. There is little damage to the decoration, and it is in relatively good condition. The rubber feet on the back panel have been removed. Controls include Effect On/Off switch, Volume, Sustain, Octave Mode On/Off switch, and Fuzz Mellow-Bright. It features four 2N5133 transistors. It appears that three of the pots have been replaced. The fuzz sound with the Octave off is edgy and impressive, but the ferocious tone with the Octave on is what captivates enthusiasts. Replacement: Battery snap, POT Accessories: None -------Heartman Vintage Guitars is Ikebe Music's vintage guitar and bass specialty store-------
