From a CA designer, this is a wonderful yarn-dyed doubleknit, opaque and lighter-medium weight with a soft and sweatery hand. The yarn-dyed crosshatch pattern features off black an d light gray (PANTONE 15-4203). The drape is soft with just a bit of body to it and about 40% widthwise, 15% lengthwise stretch. The reverse is a tweedy mix, and could be used as contrast.
