EVANS' patented UV-cured coating provides unparalleled durability and consistent texture, offering exceptional strength and versatility for a wide range of musical applications. Additionally, the 3mil center dot set on the back has a unique slot that allows the head to flex, increasing durability while maintaining an open sound. Although it is a single-ply drum head, it has a design that pursues a wider range of sound-making possibilities.
