From France, this is a beautiful 4-way stretch, yarn dyed, pucker-textured jacquard knit. The right side has a textured mini-floral stripe pattern in black, aqua and silver (PANTON E 15-5209, 13-3803), and the reverse more muted, and not really meant to be seen. It is medium weight with some body in the drape, and would make a wonderful knit dress or skirt, fitted tunic or fitted jacket, stretch pants, etc. Dress up or down! It has about 40% widthwise stretch and a bit more in the length, so it can be cut either with or across the grain.
