Hilton Electronics was founded by Keith Hilton over 25 years ago. Prior to founding Hilton Electronics, Keith earned his living as a professional musician playing numerous shows an d with touring bands. Keith experimented with electronics to improve his beloved volume pedal. These experiments led to dramatic changes in the volume pedal industry. The Hilton Pedal received a US patent for a volume pedal operated by an infrared control system, and musicians quickly took notice of Keith's new volume pedal. It was smoother to operate, quieter, and sounded far better than any guitar pedal on the market, and many people commented that a Hilton pedal made their guitar sound better.
