Ikebe original order model K.Yairi is a long-established Japanese manufacturer of acoustic guitars that Japan is proud of around the world. We are committed to domestically produced, handmade products, and our high quality has earned us high praise both at home and abroad. This "CTM YF-00028 HQ" is an original model that has been custom-made and made with materials selected by our store staff, based on the "Standard Series YF-00028," a legendary instrument that has been a best-seller since the 1970s. The top is made of rare Adirondack spruce, a material originally used on pre-war Martin guitars. This time, we have specially selected AAAA grade spruce for the top. Together with the skilled staff at Yairi Studio, we carefully selected each piece, checking the tap tone and choosing the right wood. We were also able to use beautiful wood with a tight grain that is hard to find in appearance. The rosewood for the back and sides was also carefully selected, taking into consideration its compatibility with the top. The neck is intentionally designed with a thin 44mm C-shape, making it easy to grip and play even with fingerstyle playing. As expected, the sound is much better than that of the regular lineup, as it is made from selected materials, and the bold and powerful sound that is unique to the Adirondack top is particularly addictive. With the "HQ (High Quality)" specification, the bracing has been adjusted more carefully, resulting in a wonderful finish that makes full use of the potential of the material. This is a special piece made with carefully selected materials and specifications! We especially recommend this to anyone looking for the Japanese-made 000-28 style.
