The long-awaited cherry blossom model from the impressively cost-effective JT series is here! This model, which uses cherry wood for the body, a material previously only found in high-end models, is now available for the first time in the more accessible Japan Tune-Up series. Not only will you be able to fully enjoy the brilliant sound that is unique to cherry wood, but the coloring and design reflect our many years of experience in making cherry wood guitars, making this a model that is packed with the charm of cherry wood. This model incorporates "JS = Japanese Sakura" into its name, indicating that it uses domestic cherry wood. This is a genuine product, with a solid Sitka spruce top and laminated domestic cherry wood back and sides. The coloring features a see-through gradation, leveraging over 10 years of experience in manufacturing cherry guitars, bringing out the unique charm of the cherry wood's grain, which varies from instrument to instrument. Cherry blossoms are a symbol of the spring season, and Headway has previously created fantastical design motifs that combine cherry blossoms with each season, such as "winter cherry blossoms" and "summer cherry blossoms," to great acclaim. This model also follows a carefully selected color scheme from Headway's previous color schemes that express the four seasons, bringing an instrument that breaks away from the image of conventional guitars to the increasingly diverse modern music scene. The headtop and fingerboard are decorated with a cherry blossom motif, a design that has been adopted for many of our cherry blossom guitar models. The material is natural mother-of-pearl, whose brilliance changes depending on the angle of light reflection and viewing, accentuating the unique character of this cherry blossom guitar. The fingerboard is made of high-density Micarta, which has a deep black appearance similar to ebony and is characterized by its excellent durability. With a maximum width of approximately 380mm and a maximum thickness of approximately 106mm, the compact body fits comfortably even for smaller players, allowing for a relaxed playing experience. The cutaway design allows for easy access to the higher frets, allowing for a wide range of musical expression, from chord-based playing to finger-picking solos. -Japan Tune-up Series- I hear that professional guitarists don't use the guitar they buy as is, but first take it to a trusted repairman to have it adjusted to their preferred settings before going on stage. Veterans who are familiar with the guitar will even file the nuts on their own guitars and adjust them until they achieve the playing feel they prefer. They know that a solid setting that suits the player will have a direct impact on their guitar playing. The Headway Japan Tune-up series is a cost-effective series in which guitars assembled in Asian factories are literally tuned up by craftsmen in Headway's domestic workshops to transform them into more user-friendly and sophisticated guitars. Like Headway's higher-end models, it uses the ``dovetail joint'' and ``rear-mounted neck'' techniques, which require high processing precision. It also comes standard with a strap pin on the heel and is equipped with a FISHMAN pickup system. The guitars have been meticulously designed to ensure a comfortable playing experience for all users, and are a lineup that we can confidently recommend not only to beginners who are just starting to play guitar, but also as a second guitar for advanced players. *The image is a sample.
