A used cedar top SRS808C has arrived on consignment!! This model features a rare cedar top, which has unfortunately been discontinued, and a warmth that goes very well with the fin e overtones of blackwood. A distinctive woody and mellow sound, with a smooth transparency like candy. It is a richly expressive instrument that can produce piercing, sharp tones depending on the picking technique. The ebony fingerboard has excellent response and sound response, and while it has its own unique character as an instrument, it is an excellent instrument that can be used for any style. The cutaway design is different from the standard model, making it easy to access high positions. It produces a mellow bass tone, giving the sound a clear overall feel while still retaining its characteristic firmness. It has a well-balanced sound that is recommended for both singing and playing solo guitar. The pickups are the AP5 Pro, which is also used in the current model, and are a highly acclaimed model that allows for the creation of a wide variety of sounds that are lively and won't get lost in the ensemble, thanks to its blend of piezo and condenser microphones. As for the condition, there are signs of use such as dents, scratches from playing, and sun damage throughout the instrument. The binding was peeling when it arrived, but it has been thoroughly repaired at our affiliated workshop. The neck is in good condition. There is some fret wear, especially on the lower frets, but there is currently no buzzing or other issues. Combined with Maton's excellent construction, you can enjoy stress-free and comfortable playing. The top of the body is signed by the comedy duo Pumpkin Potato Fries, who are known for their appearances on Wednesday Downtown. The ever-popular cedar top is a must-have.
