6Turns is produced by Cruises, a company that is popular with both professionals and amateurs. We have received a rare item, one that is rarely seen even on the used market, through our consignment sales service. The Kaymans guitar we're introducing today is inspired by the Alligator used by Grateful Dead guitarist Jerry Garcia. Based on the Crews SEC, it features a one-piece ash body, a soft V-shaped maple neck, a maple fingerboard, and a hardtail bridge, resulting in a responsive, clear, and direct sound. The mid-boost circuit has been removed, and the controls have been changed to a more conventional 1 volume/2 tone setup. The jack plate has also been replaced with a boat-shaped one, giving it a more organic look and tone. Regarding the condition of this instrument, as it has been aged from the start, there are some areas that are difficult to discern, but there are some minor dents and scratches that look relatively new, and some tarnishing on the parts, but nothing that detracts from the overall appearance. Also, the original booster has been removed and it has been changed to a 1 volume, 2 tone control setup. The frets have about 70% of their height remaining, and there are no issues with playability, including the neck condition and electronics, so you can welcome this instrument into your collection and use it extensively for years to come. This instrument has a pleasant, direct tone with excellent separation, so don't miss this opportunity! Includes SKB hard case. Rewiring has been changed.
