The SCYLLA X Black is No. 1, a powerful effects pedal that faithfully reproduces the sound of the early version of the KLON CENTAUR Gold Long Tail. Simply connect it to create bril liant particles of sound, bring the sound's contours to the forefront clearly, and create an overdrive sound with outstanding clarity. It can be used as an amplifier booster or as a main overdrive with distortion. The power source is a 9V battery, which can be replaced by unscrewing the main body and removing the back cover. (Usually replaced within 10 to 15 hours) Note: Please use a pin conversion plug to connect the output from a general-purpose DC9V adapter with a stabilization circuit or a PowerSupply labeled DC9V. (Please note that there are internal components that will be damaged if a voltage of 11V or more is applied to them.
