In EQ mode, an adaptive circuit keeps the top-end response completely flat for clean tones while increasing the subtle treble roll-off as you start to overdrive. This works in response to your playing dynamics and changes in your guitar's volume knob, seamlessly transitioning between warm overdriven tones and sparkling cleans. In OD mode, this top-end roll-off is always active, regardless of signal level or playing dynamics. The VOICE switch allows you to select from three different amounts of treble roll-off, allowing you to fine-tune the DCX Boost response. The LF and HF knobs provide precise control over the bass and treble frequencies of an EQ designed specifically for electric guitar.
