Here's an AMAZING cotton/spandex French terry solid imported from The Netherlands! First, the quality of the fabric is sublime, soft and substantial, with about 30% stretch in both directions. The reverse has a flat terry texture. It is opaque and has a soft hand and drape with some body. It is Oeko-Tex certified for non-toxic chemicals and dyes.
