From Italy, this wonderful textured wool blend fleece is just right for a fun and fabulous jacket, cape, topper coat, structured cardigan, etc. The "earthy arc graphic" pattern (32.25" repeat) is subtle yet eye-catching, and the fabric features a soft, brushed texture on the printed side, and a more plain, flat knit stitch on the reverse. The colors are a gorgeous mix of soft earthtones and a dusty deep aubergine (PANTONE 19-3803, 15-4503, 18-1124, 17-1510, 19-1327, etc.). The fabric has a knit construction but it's quite stable with about 15% stretch in the width. It does fray a bit at the cut edges, so for an unlined jacket it would need some kind of binding or hemming. Medium weight with a good amount of body in the drape, and a cozy, fleecy texture. This fabric comes from a mill that uses sustainable and ethical practices. See photo below for certificates.
