The Starplayer TV Custom features gold hardware and five-ply body binding for a luxurious feel. It's equipped with three D-Tron Humbucker pickups. The tone control also doubles as the center pickup's volume control, allowing you to blend the middle pickup's tone into all positions*, allowing for more flexible and deeper tones. The tone pot has a center detent, and turning it left from the center affects the tone circuit, while turning it right affects the volume of the middle pickup. The PU selector switch is wired as follows: front position: front pickup only, center position: front + rear, and rear position: rear only.
