This is a fuzz pedal that recreates the sound of the Electro Harmonix Big Muff Pi (op-amp era). Among the BIG MUFF Pi models, this one recreates a circuit using op-amps from the la te 1970s, rather than the conventional transistor-based circuit. It delivers a rich, smooth, sustained distortion sound reminiscent of Billy Corgan's (The Smashing Pumpkins) playing. It features a TONE BYPASS switch, which, when turned ON (downward), bypasses the TONE control (TON). The Fuzzsquatch Fuzzdrive is designed to minimize the volume difference that would normally occur when bypassing the TONE control, allowing you to achieve a rich, full sound without changing the overall volume.
