It features the thick, lustrous fundamental tone and voluminous midrange characteristic of Beaujois, as well as beautiful, lingering overtones and a long sustain without being too assertive. All of these are blended in exquisite balance, producing a pure tone that brings out the player's nuances. The rare Madagascar rosewood is used for the back and sides, resulting in a wonderful tone that is hard and brilliant, yet has a unique sweetness to its high-quality overtones, which are exquisitely intertwined with the forward-reaching fundamental tone that is unique to Beaujois, making this a very attractive series.
