This model was created by bringing together the technology of Negi Drums' hometown of Hamamatsu, Shizuoka Prefecture, and featuring a Japanese-inspired design, making it possible for a manufacturer with its own factory in Japan. A Japanese-inspired design is printed on the reverse side of the transparent eco-friendly PET material, taking advantage of its transparency. Because the design is printed on the reverse side of the material, it is hard to come off, and because it covers the shell, it also serves to protect it. Taking advantage of the advantages of transparent PET material, we have focused on the mirror-like shine rate, or "transmittance," and the finish also incorporates the texture of the shine that changes depending on the amount of light that hits the chrome, plating, steel, and shell. The 1mm thick steel shell and the weight of the patterned cover add to the shell's sense of mass relative to the sound. While the steel shell and tubular lugs provide an open sound, they also produce a well-defined, solid sound. This model is uniquely Japanese, not only in its finish but also in its manufacturing techniques. We hope you will take the time to take a good look at its texture and sound, and then get your hands on one of these exceptional pieces.
