The WL4-ASH, part of the Global series that follows in the footsteps of the high-end WOODLINE model, features cell binding and block position marks on the fingerboard! Roasted mapl e is a wood that is heated at high temperatures to evaporate the moisture and oils within the wood, increasing its rigidity. When used for the neck, this effect not only improves stability but also the sound, producing a rich, natural resonance and a vintage-like tone that has aged over time. This is a new product lineup from Bacchus that brings this authentic specification, which is often found in high-end models, to a reasonable price range. The body is made of ash, allowing for a wide range of tones that cover a wide range of genres. Furthermore, the block position marks and cell binding on the fingerboard add a touch of elegance to this upgraded instrument. Like its higher-end counterparts, it also features a turbo switch, allowing you to connect two single pickups in series, creating a pseudo-humbucking sound. In this mode, the Front Vol knob is active, while the Rear Vol knob is bypassed. The nut is equipped with a Graphtec TUSQ nut, highly regarded for its functionality and sound, which also contributes to tuning stability. This high-cost, high-performance model combines a Dinky-shaped electric bass with the traditional JB style and the crisp, refreshing sound of roasted maple. *The image is a sample.
