This is a vintage Berg Larsen mouthpiece. It is commonly called "offset M" because the "M" engraved on the shank is offset. In terms of condition, there is a dent (wear) on the bit e plate, some rust on the table, and many small scratches (scratches on the ligature) mainly on the back, but otherwise it is in good condition.
