The "Cry Baby" model has had a complicated history. This is the "Cry Baby Model 310.001" made in Italy by JEN ELETTRONICA. Based on the condition of each part date, we believe this item was shipped around 1974. There are some scratches on the casing and some rust and tarnish on the metal parts, but considering the year, it is in relatively good condition. The inductor is a red FASEL, and the transistors are BC170B/FS33805. The pot, some wiring, and battery snaps have been replaced. It has a thick tone, but also a straightforward, bright character, creating a charming wah sound.
