The bracing style has been changed to the Golden Gill Shape GE-Scalloped X, which is used in the popular Modern Deluxe series, resulting in a fuller, more breathy tone and longer sustain. The neck shape has been changed to the GE Modified Low Oval, which adds a vintage feel while minimizing the increase in mass. Furthermore, the fingerboard features a thin, smoothly chamfered Comfort Edge, and the string spacing at the nut has been improved for even better playability.
