The astonish ing advances in drumming techniques in recent years have enabled unprecedentedly expressive approaches, incorporating not only toms and floor toms but also uniquely sounding cymbals and percussion instruments. In this new, contemporary trend, Starclassic aims to create a drum sound that provides a strong presence to highlight this diverse range of sounds, while also clearly separating the sounds so the player can accurately communicate their expression to those around them. To achieve this, we explored every possible option, not limited by existing shell materials. After countless trials and errors, we arrived at this hybrid shell, Walnut/Birch. This new Starclassic shell offers a new sound that meets the needs of the future. That's the Starclassic Walnut/Birch. We will be releasing a 5-piece drum kit and snare drum as a limited edition model for 2025. The shell's outer ply is crafted from Bosse Fonce wood, featuring a dynamic grain pattern. The beautiful Vermillion Bosse Fonce Fade finish contrasts with the black nickel hardware for a premium look.
