IKUO is active in bands such as BULL ZEICHEN 88 and Rayflower, as well as on numerous sessions and recordings. However, it has more affordable specifications. The body is made of alder, the neck is made of hard maple, and the fingerboard is made of rosewood. The fingerboard's top and side position marks are made of luminescent Luminray. The distinctive fingerboard end slope has also been faithfully reproduced. The pickups are two ESP Custom Lab IKUO Custom pickups, with finger lamps between the pickups for fingering support. The bridge is a GOTOH 404SJ-5, and the tuning machines are GOTOH GB11W. The EQ circuit also features an ESP Cinnamon, powered by 18V for a wider range of tones. While the ESP AMAZE-5-190 featured a toggle switch pickup selector, the E-AMAZE-5-190 has been replaced with a neck pickup volume control, allowing for more precise blending of the two pickups. The EQ section follows ESP's lead with a bass boost only, a midrange active boost and cut, and a treble active boost and passive cut. Although there are signs of use such as dents on the tip of the headstock and dents on the end of the body, the condition of the electronics and neck are excellent.
