The Phoenix PH-III, a 6-string model and flagship model from TUNE's high-class brand "Phoenix," a long-established Japanese brand renowned for its guitars! It features a custom-ord ered single-cutaway shape! This guitar features a beautiful crotch walnut top with distinctive patterns at the branching points, and a laminated construction combining walnut on the back with alder in between. The PH3, which normally has a double cutaway, has been changed to a single cutaway, increasing the contact area between the lower horn and the neck, resulting in richer bass transmission and increased depth and weight to the sound. The neck is a 34-inch, 3-piece hard maple that feels solid and rigid the moment you grip it, and the fingerboard is made of high-quality, tightly grained ebony wood. Combined with the gold hardware, it has a luxurious look. It features an original SWB-6H pickup and a GZP-2 preamp. The single-cutaway shape provides a moderate amount of compression while producing deeper bass and warm, punchy mid-to-high frequencies. It's well-suited for funk, gospel, and black music. With a 3-band EQ control, trimmers on the back panel for adjusting the gain of each pickup, and a notch filter, it's possible to create a very wide range of sounds. The smoothly curved through-neck provides a smooth playing feel even in the higher positions, and the guitar responds well to fast passages, faithfully reproducing the player's touch nuances. Although there are some minor scratches and light dents, it is in relatively good condition. The truss rod has plenty of adjustment range, and the neck is in good condition.
