Established in 1984, the Gibson Custom Shop was created with the aim of producing the ultimate electric guitar, using caref ully selected materials and hardware, based on manufacturing techniques cultivated over many years and an insatiable spirit of inquiry. Even today, the Custom Shop lineup, based on handcrafted methods by skilled artisans and a thorough pursuit of vintage knowledge, boasts a superb craftsmanship that is unmatched by others, and will become the ultimate cherished instrument that endlessly ignites the inspiration within the player. Featuring a set-neck construction using carefully selected mahogany wood, and combined with Gibson's iconic P-90 single-coil pickup, this guitar boasts rich harmonics and a powerful, punchy attack. While simply designed, this is a superb instrument that allows you to fully enjoy the classic Gibson sound. In terms of condition, there are some signs of use, such as minor dents and scratches, tarnishing of parts, cracks and discoloration of the paint inside the controls, and slight paint cracks on the side of the nut. The frets have about 60% of their height remaining, and there are no issues with playability, including the neck and electronics, so you can continue to use this guitar extensively.
