This is a dual-tube preamplifier with a fully independent 2-channel design and an independent "BOOST function" for each channel. This unit delivers a truly authentic Friedman Amp sound achieved by operating the two preamp tubes (12AX7) at high voltage. It can be connected to the effects return or power amp of a guitar amplifier and output through a guitar cabinet, or, using the 13 diverse power amp simulation functions (IR - Impulse Response) personally selected by Dave Friedman himself, it can be directly connected to studio and live venue PA systems or your home DAW environment.
