Furch Guitars was founded in 1981 by bluegrass musicians in what was then Czechoslovakia! Furch, one of Europe's leading brands, is beloved primarily by fingerstyle guitarists. This "Yellow Deluxe Gc-CRa" is based on the "Yellow Gc-CRa," a representative model from Furch Guitars' core Yellow series (formerly the 23 series), and features deluxe specifications incorporating popular options from the custom-order Rainbow series. The most distinctive feature is the bevel duo, which is a contour applied to two areas: the elbow and the chest. Thanks to this contour, it provides a comfortable grip even during long playing sessions, and also gives the instrument a three-dimensional and beautiful appearance. The detailed specifications, such as the use of liner side position markers, black cell binding, and white contrast lines on the fingerboard and veneer, differ from the regular Yellow series, resulting in a more chic and sophisticated impression. The top wood is AAA grade Western Red Cedar, and the sides and back are made of AA grade Indian Rosewood. The combination of the auditorium body, which offers excellent volume balance and deep bass, and the cedar top, which features a deep and mellow sound, makes this guitar particularly recommended for the fingerstyle playing that is currently popular.
