It pairs exceptionally well with die-cast hoops, resulting in a powerful and well-balanced sound character. ●Shell (8mm 9ply Bubinga) Bubinga wood, native to Africa, possesses a very sharp and aggressive attack, along with deep, rich tonal characteristics. This bubinga is shaped slightly thicker than maple to maximize its sonic features. The abalone inlay in the shell center adds a touch of luxury, making it a truly appealing instrument. ●Minimum Shell Contact The markings are not metal badges, but rather transfer emblems that are painted into the shell's finish. Furthermore, it features a minimalist design with small lugs and maple wood air hole caps to minimize stress on the vibrating shell. ●Die-Cast Hoops The highly rigid zinc die-cast hoop maintains a perfectly perpendicular contact surface between the head and the hoop, allowing for sensitive tuning.
