[The highly versatile brass shell snare drum, popular for its excellent overall balance, is now available in Japan for the first time as a DW authorized shop exclusive model!] The specifications are the same as the current Black Nickel over Brass snare drum, with a 1mm brass shell and a matte black finish. In addition to the bright, punchy attack characteristic of metal snares, it also delivers a well-balanced mid-to-low frequency response, making it suitable for a wide range of styles and genres. This model, with its substantial and luxurious look featuring copper-colored parts, is particularly appealing. This is an extremely special limited edition model, currently only available to shops certified as part of the "Drummer's Choice Dealer Network (DCDN)," which DW uses to provide special products to select retailers. This is its first arrival in Japan. The hardware includes a 3mm thick "True Hoop" that ensures the open resonance of a pressed hoop while also providing a sharp attack. It features "MAG Throw Off," which uses magnetism to secure the switch, and "5P Butt Plate," which allows you to adjust the snare tension in 5 stages with a single touch. Furthermore, DW's unique ideas have been incorporated into the functionality as well, such as the "True Pitch 50," which enables more delicate tuning by making the teeth even finer than those of conventional True-Pitch tension rods. -True Hoops- This hoop is 3mm thick, making it even thicker than typical flanged hoops, resulting in a robust design. It eliminates any slackness during performance.
